Academy Cricket - Steve Cashmore

With a home base now near Preston/Lytham, Steve is an accomplished ECB Level 4 Master Coach. As a former member of Gloucestershire CCC's Professional coaching staff, Steve worked with the Professional, Academy and Pathway squads for over 10 years

Gloucestershire's most experienced County Age Group Coach, Steve also worked on the GCB's EPP and DFP programmes. He has significant experience with team and individual player development for boys and girls, from under 11s to under 17s.

A specialist in 1:1 coaching, Steve also works on the ECB's International Pathway as a scout, identifying talented cricketers from U15 to England Young Lions
